Less then one star experiance
This was by far the worst rental experience in my lifetime. And that is saying a lot considering I have ran five other motor homes, a dozen rental cars, heavy trucks to move things and numerous pieces of equipment for my business.
The unit we received upon arrival had 96,000 miles on it and showed every bit of it. The freezer smelled like fish, the refrigerator had not been turned on we had to wait six hours in hopes of it getting cold, there was a huge amount of sand under the mattress so when he made the bed it was all over the floor, the outside of the unit was filthy, under the couch was also filthy inside, the moldings inside were broken, The main door would not lock I had to close it with a bungee cord, the door to the fuse box was taped shut in a half-hearted matter I had to retake that, The air conditioning vent facing the bedroom was broken I had to jerry-rigged it to keep it open so we could get some cool air back there, the water hose connection late badly I had to buy a new hose, if the unit was not perfectly level it leaked precipitous amounts of water that I had to catch in a bucket during the day and turn off that night, there was reminding me to check the oil every time I fueled up, none of the doors inside stayed open because the hinges were worn out I had to hold them open while I dug around for my stuff inside, because the hinges were played out on the doors they rattled extra bad when you're driving, The roof vents didn't wedge shot well so they rattle as well when you were on the road, the water pump worked when it wanted to about just over half the time, when the water pump was working it made a ticking noise in the master bedroom someone disconnected from city water we could not flush the toilet and sleep in the bedroom. There were other irritations but I will leave it at this your company was poorly represented by this outlet and we would never again rent from Cruise America after this experience
